COFFeEAST is the East European Coffee Culture Festival – a celebration of a region where coffee culture has been growing, evolving and finding its own voice.

Over the past decade, Eastern Europe has become one of the most exciting places to watch coffee unfold. Independent cafés have multiplied, specialty roasters have grown, new businesses have emerged and an entire generation of coffee professionals has been pushing the boundaries of what coffee can be, taste like and mean to a community.

Romania sits right in the middle of that movement. Bucharest, in particular, has become a lively meeting point for people who care deeply about coffee, craft, hospitality, design and everything that grows around them.

COFFeEAST was born here, in the heart of the region, to bring that energy together. Eastern coffee culture has plenty to say. We built a place where it can speak, listen, exchange ideas, make friends, make business and, of course, drink a truly unreasonable amount of coffee. Welcome to the East!

For people who work in coffee. People who love coffee. People building businesses around it. People curious about where their coffee comes from, how it is made and who is making it.

COFFeEAST is both a professional and social festival.
For industry professionals, COFFeEAST is a serious meeting point. You can network with regional and international players, cup and source green coffee, test top-of-the-line equipment, discover new tech and B2B solutions, and attend lectures, workshops and cuppings led by some of the most relevant voices in the industry. Baristas can also step into the spotlight at the GreatEast Cup – our next-gen coffee championship – and at the Latte Art Throwdown for coffee professionals.

For coffee lovers, it’s a full sensory weekend. Taste coffee from regional roasters, discover small-batch artisanal products, shop design objects and lifestyle brands, grab gifts, attend concerts and DJ sets, learn something new, join tastings and fun workshops, and hang out between sips – inside the festival flow or outside in the Garden area. Or even join a Latte Art competition for coffee enthusiasts.

The 4th edition of COFFeEAST takes place on April 16-18, 2027, at Romexpo, Pavilion A, Bucharest. We’re already working on it. Can’t wait to see you again!

A little bit of everything. And quite a lot of coffee. Across three floors, you’ll find regional roasters and green coffee traders, equipment and technology, taste artisans, designers, lifestyle brands, coffee shops, workshops, lectures, cuppings and tastings.

Then there are the competitions (3 of them, actually), live music, vinyl DJ sets and all the little things that tend to happen when thousands of curious people are put in the same place.

We’re still working on the 2027 schedule, so there are a few surprises we’ll keep to ourselves for now.

We’re at Romexpo, Pavilion A, Bucharest. The venue is easy to reach by metro, bus or tram, and also accessible by car. Pedestrian access is through Gates A, B and C. Car access is through Parks B, C and E.

Yes. Visitors with mobility impairments can enter through Gate C, where our team will guide you to the accessible entrance via the service door.

There is an elevator at the entrance for access to the upper level, and ramps between the ground floor and the 1st floor to help with moving around the festival. If you need assistance, our team will be happy to help.

You will be able to purchase them online, from our website. And at the venue. We’ll announce ticket sales, schedule details and everything else you need to know through the website and social channels.

Of course. COFFeEAST is family-friendly and kids under 12 have free access. Just keep in mind: it’s a lively, busy festival with plenty of movement, so little ones should stay close while exploring.

Yes, pets are welcome. Please keep them on a leash and close to you at all times.
