You can buy your ticket online, on coffeeast.com, or directly at the venue during the festival. You can opt for a 1-day ticket or a 3-day festival pass. Kids under 12 enter for free.

Your ticket includes your first coffee at the Welcome Bar, complimentary espresso & milk beverages at the Eastern Roasters Bar and Eastern Coffee Shops Bar, access to workshops, lectures, cuppings and tastings (with prior booking), live acoustic concerts, DJ sets and plenty of fun experiences.

Yes, as long as they haven’t been checked in. If you can’t attend, you can pass your ticket to a friend or family member. A 1-day ticket can be used on any of the three festival days. We recommend purchasing tickets through official channels to avoid scams: coffeeast.com or at the venue.

Yes, as long as you keep your wristband on. If you have a 3-day pass, you’ll need to keep it on for the entire weekend.

We’re open daily from 10:00 to 18:00, Friday through Sunday, March 20-22, 2026.

We’re at Romexpo, Pavilion A, Bucharest. The venue is easy to reach by metro, bus or tram, and also accessible by car. Pedestrian access is through Gates A, B and C. Car access is through Parks B, C and E.

Yes. Romexpo offers paid parking in Parks B, C and E. The current fee is 5 lei per hour.

Of course. COFFeEAST is family-friendly and kids under 12 have free access. Just keep in mind: it’s a lively, busy festival with plenty of movement, so little ones should stay close while exploring.

Yes, pets are welcome. Please keep them on a leash and close to you at all times.

Yes. After you receive your wristband, your first coffee is on us at the Welcome Bar. Throughout the festival, you’ll also find complimentary espresso & milk drinks at the Eastern Roasters Bar and Eastern Coffee Shops Bar, plus filter tastings in the Coffee Market. Many exhibitors also brew espresso at their stands.

Definitely. You’ll find small-batch producers and artisanal treats in the Taste Market, plus a dedicated food court area located right by the exit to the Garden.

All of them are included in your ticket – no extra fee. Spots are limited, though. We’ll announce the sessions and booking details on Instagram (@coffeeast_festival). Make sure to reserve your place in advance.

Just show up. All live performances are included in your ticket. The full lineup and schedule will be available on the website, on social media and displayed during the festival.
